Joints and Muscular pain

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY
- Rosemary - to help ease arthritic pain and rheumatism, drink a cup of Rosemary tea for 10 days. Make the tea by pouring a cup of boiling water over a 6cm long Rosemary sprig. Let it steep, remove the sprig, add a bit of honey and enjoy!
- Marjoram - marjoram massage cream will sooth muscular and joint pain. Make the cream by simmering a cup of chopped marjoram flowering sprigs with a cup of aqueous cream in a double boiler for 20 minutes. Let it cool and strain the mixture. Add 2 teaspoons of Vitamin E oil and 10 drops of clove oil, mix it well, pour the cream into a suitable container and seal well.
- Horse radish - Horse radish cream will work wonders on sore, strained muscles and joints, chilblains and arthritic pain.
Warning: use this cream with caution on sensitive skin. Make the cream by simmering 3 teaspoons grated horse radish and 1 cup aqueous cream in a double boiler for 20 minutes. Let it cool down and strain the mixture. Add 2 teaspoons Vitamin E oil, pour the cream in a suitable, clean container and seal well.
- Bay leaves - Break a piece of bay leaf branch off and throw this into your bath water to help sooth sore muscles.
